SafeJet Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction:

SafeJet is a cryptocurrency token (hereafter referred to as “SafeJet” or “Token”) that operates on the blockchain platform. .The SafeJet Token is designed for use in a variety of transactions and applications, and is intended for individuals and organizations that wish to participate in the digital economy.

2. Changes to the Token:

SafeJet reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue the Token, or any aspect or feature thereof, at any time and without notice, including but not limited to the Token’s name, symbol, total supply, and/or any related features or functions.

3. Selling of the Token:

SafeJet may choose to turn off the ability for users to sell the Token at any time. SafeJet will provide clear and reasonable notice of any changes to the selling ability of the Token. If the selling ability of the Token is turned off, users will have the option to migrate their SafeJet Tokens to a new token, as determined by SafeJet.

4. Migration of the Token:

In the event that the selling ability of the Token is turned off, SafeJet will provide users with a reasonable period of time to migrate their SafeJet Tokens to a new token, as determined by SafeJet. The new token will have its own terms and conditions, which may be different from those of SafeJet. It is the responsibility of the user to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of the new token.

5. No Warranty:

SafeJet makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Token or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Token. SafeJet will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Token, or from any information, content, materials, or products included on the Token, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

6. Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall SafeJet be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the Token, even if SafeJet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or the use of the Token, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which the Token operates.

8. Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold SafeJet, its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Token, or your breach of these terms and conditions.

9. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and SafeJet with respect to the use of the Token. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Modification:

SafeJet may modify these terms and conditions at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified terms and conditions. Your continued use of the Token following the posting of any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
